SINKS
Like medallions, sinks can be made of several materials. If we want an elegant and unique bathroom, we can chose sinks realized from natural stones, with a chromatic range of cream-colored, gray, brown, white etc. Or, if the bathroom is decorated with wooden furniture, we can choose a travertine sink, transforming the bathroom into a stylish and relaxing room. If we want a practical, long-lasting and elegant sink for the kitchen, we can choose one made of marble.
FIREPLACES
The fireplaces were invented due the fire, which is the most used breakthrough in the world. The first fireplace was built during the Roman Empire, of stone, by wealthy citizens of those times.
In the past, the fireplace was the kitchen hearth. Now, it is a a decorative and elegant object, being the basic piece of the house.
The fireplace can be built both in the corner and the middle of the wall. It can be made of natural stone, marble, brick, iron, glass or fireclay and it can heat several rooms of the house.
TOMBSTONES
In the past, people used wooden crosses as tombstones, but they had a low resistance to frazzle and to time passing.
Today’s tombstones are made of natural stone – marble, granite, basalt, mosaic – and are available in different colors and shapes, depending on the requirements of each customer.
MOSAIC
Arranging pieces of marble, glass, wood or other materials, including natural stone, to create a surface ornament is, undoubtedly, an art. The mosaic has fascinated people since ancient times. For example, during the 4th century BC and the 5th century BC, the Greeks made impressive mosaics of natural pebbles, while in Mesopotamia and Egypt, people decorate their furniture and decorated their jewelry with pieces of colored glass and natural stone.
